What happens to my Poket balance if my phone is lost?

Immediately contact Amartha Care at cs@amartha.com to request account blocking. Your Poket balance will remain secure as long as the account is blocked before unauthorized access occurs.

Does the phone number registered for Poket need to match the one registered in AmarthaFin?
